So, I am on my way towards the 100 kgs, and of course I start by fluctuating to 110. Sigh. Oh, well, just keep going, Keld. You can do it.
I do think it's because I had the munchies bad yesterday. I just wanted to eat, eat, eat, and I did - though I never made it over my RDI.
But it all factors, it all weighs. So until it's out of my system again, of course it will count.
I'm not in a hurry though, I will lose the weight as planned.
Life is good. :)
