It's been 40 days since my last confession. The last 5 lbs came off VERY slowly but this morning I stepped on the scale and I'm at my goal weight exactly. Couldn't help but share. This journey has certainly had its ups and downs and I really don't want to lose anymore. hopefully maintenance will come easy now that I've spent the last six months building better whole health habits ❤️
