Oops! Due to too many birthday celebrations and post covid get togethers I have been a bit lax in my discipline!
At one point 10 days ago I was actually up to 195lbs so at least I'm going back in the right direction! :-)

Covid does not exist, there has been all kind of disease all over the history, soon or later we'll all die from something, government should stop all this restriction, we cannot live all our life with face masks, it's ridiculous, or at least to be optional, government does not have power over death
