A minimal gain today. No biggie. I think it's primarily because of a great, but weight-wise heavy dinner yesterday. I will have leftovers for lunch today, so I expect further (temporary) gain tomorrow. We'll see. The food is great, though, and not high in calories. Just enjoying life, cause life is GOOD.
