Yesterday I concentrated on eating less carbs and more protein, still staying around 1200 calories. That seems to be key now that I've already lost 35 lbs. Big scale 141.4, small scale 141.5 (small scale does only 1/2 lb measurements). Elliptical: last night, staying above 45 rpm's to the high 40's/low50's. Elliptical Steps: 1438, Cals: 265 Mins: 30. Step backwards slower: Minutes: 5, Steps: 171, Cals: 35.
Elliptical: tonight, staying around 45 rpm's. Steps: 1338, Cals: 253 Mins: 30. Step backwards slower: Minutes: 7, Steps: 250, Cals: 51.
64,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 16,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
