Made 2 coconut caramel pies -- one for my friend's birthday and one for Mr C and me. I'm eating at least one dessert a day. Crazy for sweets right now. Also driving to McD's to get a $1 coffee a few times a week. Mostly still drinking decaf hot tea though. I'm just not feeling motivated to get my weight under control, but I need to and soon. Haven't been to the gym in a few weeks either. Why is it so hard to even want to get back on track?
