My body keeps amazing me, and I am seeing a difference every day now. I lost another pound which is great. But what is more incredible is that I have lost 1.8% body fat and gained .8% muscle since last Friday. I started my loading phase of creatine and introducing glutamine also now. I should gain a pound or two of water weight but this is exspected.
125,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 23,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 34,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
