I've never been this happy. Since I change my diet from Atkins to low calorie diet, I've lost weight faster in just a week changing on my diet. I feel healthier and very motivated. Workout twice daily with cardio fasted morning workout and total body strength training after work... I know my body can take it..and I know I can push myself harder. Happy me!
