Well, I don't like to weigh in more than once a week because it's not accurate...I go up and down throughout the day, much less the week...BUT I woke up and felt skinny. haha :)
P.S. Nissin Choice Ramen Noodles are definitely not as good as the others. 80% less fat, 30% less sodium, and 20% the taste!
