Up a couple of lbs. Weight happens:) Didn't make good choices the last week and have not really exercised due to my heel injury. This week I will go to the store for a veggie run and be back on track. I will have to ease up on running, but divert to alternative exercising to relieve the foot pain.

Youll be allright. Injuries are tough. Ive been struggling more this last week with craving bad stuff. Maybe the whole rapture thing had everybody wigging out a bit! hee hee
