scottle's Logboek, 01 sep 14

Back from my deployment and back to work. I also just fractured my midfoot playing soccer. Back to counting calories and trying to get in extra exercise each day. It's hard when you aren't as mobile. I enjoyed my walking/sprints each day on the treadmill to clear my mind each day while I was overseas. I guess I'll have to focus on the nutrition aspect of this in order to keep the lbs off over the next few weeks. I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding in 7 weeks, so I need to keep the motivation up. Hopefully this foot heals soon and I can get into the pool and swim some laps. Until then, I'll work hard in the kitchen, whipping my diet into shape!
