Friday: My husband and I saw "Bruno" last night, and my stomach still hurts from laughing. So I guess I'll add it to my exercise journal! :)
I have a little loss, almost a pound, which I recorded. I might record daily. I haven't decided yet. I know that avoiding the scale was not helping me. I just don't love the "messy" look of all the little dots going up and down. But I know that's silly.
So I'm off to exercise. I'll be back later for an update. treadmilled for 90 minutes and then did some sit-ups and stretches. Good day so far!
