No word yet. So sitting on turning in my notice.
Boss invited me to a team meeting this Friday which includes going to see the Minions new movie. WTF? Haven't been included in any of those except the annual
"x-mas" whatever for years!!! Not going, of course, as too much pain to deal with riding (driving?) out to Tempe, sitting thru some meeting (who knows what kind of seating would be available), sitting thru the movie, and then returning to the office to work. Still find it odd that I would be invited out of the blue like this. Only 3 people did I share my plans for leaving with: 1) The Broker that was kind enough to write a letter of recommendation, 2) My "friend", and 3) The Compliance person that's been so supportive of me, and the only employee with the company that's been here since the very beginning. I can't see any of them having shared my plans, so maybe the Terror is in post vacation bliss and forgot to be mean?
Well happy hump day y'all, fingers crossed for good news tomorrow. That would mean I could turn in notice on Friday and be done by August 4th. Please keep those good vibes coming.
