NO worries. I have been eating well under my BMR weight loss calories recommended by this site, and I know that EVENTUALLY, the scale will reflect my discipline. I hope everyone else can stay positive when these types of apparent setbacks hit us. No worries. Stick with it. You CAN do it. (So can I!)
