I didn’t realize it had been so long since I logged my way on FatSecret. I’ve been on Weight Watchers now for several weeks and I’ve been more active, walking with the broker ladies and working out to my newly discovered and favorite walking videos (Walks if Life” is the YouTube channel), I’ve lost 5 pounds and I feel more healthy ❤️ My tummy tuck and breast reduction is in 12 days. I’m excited and terrified.

Good on you losing the weight & keeping healthy!!
Best of luck to you with your surgery, it will be great! i think they're almost routine now. Still, I'll 🙏 for a successful surgery & a fast pain-free recovery.
