Day 8 Elimination Diet and Day 7 Zumba incredible results
Woke up very early today like at 4:30am...read and replied some work emails and 6:45am did my Super Cardio Party, went round the house to do the chores and laundry and 9 am took my son to hairdresser for a school appropriate haircut. Back at my desk having mint tea, really thinking I should have a coffee, but no, I will abstain. Smells very good coming from the kitchen. Had kippers for an early b'fast after my workout, and felt very Scottish but more independent :) looks like it's going to be a challenging day at work, thank goodness i try to smile whilst i work out to zumba on tv, else my wrinkles would be very deep! I promised i will give in my measurements today but forgot my notebook so I will do it tomorrow. I haven't looked up how i measured on day 1 so this will also be interesting for me. have to go now.
