To be honest, it is a miracle I have lost anything. I have not been following my diet and I have been under so much stress that I admit I am really surprised I did not have a gain. But at least the scale is going in the right direction.
I finally got a job, so I am hoping to be far more diligent about sticking with my diet - and in particular, making better food choices. Fingers crossed!!
