bit slow now, prob eating too little actually, at least I've dropped to below my pre-holiday weight! keep ON keeping on! First goal is 79Kg, to get thru the "80Kg barrier", second goal 75Kg, then ultimately 68Kg
81,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 81,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
