I've fallen off my perch, have fallen weak to binges, I guess this is because I have starved my body for so long it can't take anymore. My health has depreciated. I have decided to go a different approach and see what works best, this number will go down and only be allowed up by muscle gain. I do hate myself for this but will not give up. For the record don't fall for McCafe banana bread, it tastes delish but it's 500-600 calories and I never realised til now and will not be touching it for a very long while.
I am open to suggestions from everyone as I want to get back on my horse and keep riding.
