Yesterday was a free day after meeting my 2nd - 45 day challenge of reaching 400lbs. Right back at it today with the start of my 3rd - 45 day challenge - this challenge is to reach 375lbs. and exercising at least 30 minutes per day.
183,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 36,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 47,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
