1600 calories total yesterday and a Salty/Carby dinner and way more water than usual. Also really pushing the last 500 of a 1500 calorie workout yesterday, to the point where Im out of breath and driving hard on the last 500 cals probably building muscle too. Not worried and hung up on the number I know there will be a drop soon.
