Didn't workout for two days and today I only ellipticalled. It wasn't a great workout. It seemed like there was a constant stream of people wanting to talk to someone next to me, which makes it so hard to concentrate. I just want to get lost in my music, you know?
I dropped a pound in a single day a couple days ago and I chalked it up to dehydration from my hangover (oops!) but there wasn't a rebound. At this point I'm rehydrated, so... I guess I'll take it? It just feels too good to be true.
Thinking about going to Disney tomorrow. I need to check to make sure my gym isn't closed Monday for Columbus Day. I forgot to ask before I left. I hope some of you get to have a long weekend!
