I have found the perfect bread! It's a protein bread with only 7g of carbs per 100g and 20g of protein! Plus it's yummy and affordable! It's like a dream come true I LOVE bread! Not eating rice and pasta is easy for me but cutting out bread was proving to be near impossible!

Bread is the thing I miss from my weight loss. So what is this perfect bread? Is that the Léger Proteinbrot you wrote in your food log yesterday? Don't think they have that in the US. :'(

Yes that's it! You can make it yourself too I think but I haven't found a recipe that sounds doable. They had nothing like that in Australia either.

I would like the recipe for Léger Proteinbrot, too. It's probably a well kept secret recipe. I googled the label and this was the translation: Plant proteins 21% (wheat, soy, lupins), water, linseed 14%, sunflower seeds 7%, soybean meal 6%, soybean meal 5%, sesame 4.5%, wheat bran, whole wheat flour from wheat, vegetable dietary fiber (apples, oats), yeast, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin, toasted malt flour from barley, citric E 262nd

online it said u can get it in migros but the migros in our town shut down T_T

i think they losedall the stores in germany we have a rewe there now instead, it was the only one in my town so now I'd have to go to basel anyways to find another one :c

A recipe would be super. When I get to my goal weight, I am really going to make my own high fiber low carb bread. I don't even crave chocolate or snacks anymore. Bread is the one thing I have been missing in my life. :)
