I'm back in control of my body again and things are moving pretty steady now. Fat has dropped, water still has increased a little and muscle has increased. I still have not dead lifted 500 yet in the gym. Some thing that was a easy task a few years ago. I did do 465 for 3 yesterday and it was real easy this time so 500 is around the corner. Every one is starting to notice and I get asked every day how much weight I have lost. So things are great....
124,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 25,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 32,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
