Almost a week of decluttering cleaning and i must say I am very happy with the results..my body aches today, i have muscle soreness in the glutes from gardening and transplanting the shrubs I bought over last week. I moved my daughter's furniture around cos she says she can never do her bed the way it was, sorted my son's bedroom furniture cos he kept spreading his school books all over the kitchen table to everyone's annoyance...and most importantly, i cleaned out my wardrobe closet and my drawers, (only one to go), sorted my vanity area, scrubbed the bathroom grout and countless other small chores here and there! Went dancing last Friday with friends, enjoyed 2 slices of margarita pizza, 2 plain hot dogs with no bread and one shot of tequila margarita (yes they're too persuasive...and i didn't have roast me at hand in the fridge so I went hungry!)...i did pile on a kilo but i'm not going to record it cos if i do, it will upset me to see my chart take an uptrend now...I will do my best to go down as quickly as possible for a next weigh in. I did get my best compliment so far - from my hubby on Friday! he said that my body shape looked very good and just right...and my friends had a lot of catching up to do. It made my weekend!
