Still 168 lbs, but I only have one week left and then I am dropping to more low-volume and high intensity work for a short 3-weeks before Thanksgiving. I think I will stick with my current kcal and see what happens then. If anything I will hold out until Turkey day and then start strong again for another 4 month-ish bulk cycle.
