Must of been carrying some water weight because lots coming out of me after drinking a small amount after working out, and nearly a 3 pound drop.
Fit in a nice juicy 4.6 met avg workout today for 1000 cals. Feeling better and better when I up the intensity, develop that stamina and cardio. ❤️🤟🤌💪
