I didn't go to the gym this weekend, but still continue to exercise at home and lose weight. 350 is a minigoal. Once I reach it, I'll have a BMI of 62, which is 20 BMI lower than when I was the heaviest at 463 pounds. Goal after that will be to get out of the 300s.
A nonscale goal will be to fit into a certain pair of pants I bought. I'm going to try them on at 350 lbs. but as they are jeans I'm skeptical they will fit, lol. If they don't, I'll try again at 325, 300, and so on.
