fat 40.7% no gym yesterday and today. Took omnicrom vaccineon Sunday afternoon, I was fine but 24 hours later had fever of 101°f yesterday dropping to 100° f by the eve. sweaty in the night, showered and refreshed this morning. Still with body aches and 100° fever... hopefully this is just a 48 hour side effect of the vaccine. I missed spinning class this morning and not sure I will do acqua class this eve. Better to rest. I am aiming to get to normal routine tomorrow.....
