I decided to start my diet over since I haven't been following anything and mainly using this for logging food awhile back. I also downloaded fatsecret to my new phone. I don't think I'm going to make this goal because I really don't have much down time this quarter but it's worth a shot. I'm going to try to make progress a little at a time until my break, and then next quarter kick it into high gear. However, I would like to be back down a little by Christmas so this is a start. Here we go..again.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!! You made a choice and this is the hardest thing to admit to yourself and to others. Intention is the motivating power here. Please don't use the word "try" as this word basically means to "lie" you need to remove negative words from your language. You are excelling and moving forward on your current chosen path and a little effort everyday will lead to big result by Christmas. You are the perfect gift and won't it be wonderful to see what is under all that wrapping on Christmas Day.
