I practiced will power yesterday. Ate just half my lunch. Had yogurt for supper instead of eating out or having meat. I need to curb my snacks. Eating too many cherries and nuts. Feeling pretty hungry since I haven't had breakfast yet. Worked till 2am and couldn't sleep when I went to bed, so I stayed up late watching VH1 Classic Rock videos. Those were fun... AC/DC, Robert Plant & Queen, The Cars, Motley Crue.

Fledgist, you are right about sleep. For the last couple of weeks I was getting 7 hrs nightly until now. I feel the wear and tear on my body. So, are you a Motley Crue fan? I see you've used the umlaut, so you must take them seriously! lol That would surprise me though, since I seem to recall a journal post about going to the opera.
