Thank you, appreciate it, I don't really follow a diet. I take appetite suppressants, eat mostly once a day, in the evening. On weekends I will have more meals. I don't consume carbs, sugar alcohol or dairy. I found that any carbs and dairy upsets my inners so I just don't eat it anymore. This is my lifestyle now and I'm ok with that. It took me a while to not want it anymore. Sometimes I feel for chocolate then I have a NOVA bar (very low carbs) and I'm good for a month... good luck to you.
