TMI but I’ve officially been constipated for over a week and I feel Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving dinners/brunch’s have made it worse. I am debating whether just going into the emergency room. Pain is at a 7. I cannot even pass gas but I so badly feel I need to. I have tried tea’s , walking, yoga pose’s. I’be been drinking so much water that it seems to be going right thru me. I am bloated. Made an appointment for Friday but was advised in the meantime to take laxatives. I am glad it’s fall and it’s been sweater weather. Now I need to figure out what’s changed in these past 2 weeks to cause this and avoid this. This is embarrassing and I don’t wish this on absolutely anyone. I want to cry of frustration I am such a baby.
