Yay! Loving the scale today. The last of my water weight finally cleared out and I feel much less bloated today, and the scale is showing it too! Busy work day today, but after it’s over I think I’ll feel much less stressed. Just wish it was Friday instead of Thursday, I’m feeling really tired today. Might need an extra cup of coffee, don’t feel like I had very restful sleep last night. Tonight is a running day, and I’m looking forward to it. It definitely seems to help me when I’m feeling stressed.
