Good Morning FS,
Well into the Holiday season, been staying away from the eggnog. Not a lot of weight lost, Goal for the holiday season was to hold, a pound is a bonus.

Purchases an indoor bike (merr Christmas to us) for the bad weather days, just got it put together yesterday, This thing is a beast. I guess now I can punish myself when I over do it. LOLOL

108,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 55,8 kg. Nog te gaan: 4,5 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Excellent goal. Hit the “pause” button for weight loss and concentrate on enjoying the festivities and maintaining your current loss. These have been a tough couple of years, enjoyment is part of the mental health component to being able to maintain a healthier weight range for the long haul.
