Friday morning weigh-in! Went out to a restaurant last night, complete with dessert, so ain't weighing in for awhile LOL. Half my meal is in freezer, so am proud of myself! Lovely evening but the discomfort of sitting in a booth was a good reminder that I am not happy with this body size.

I hate those things! Nothing like being squished into a booth for making me feel fat, ugly, and self- conscious. Fortunately now that I’m trying to eat healthier, it’s not a situation that I inflict upon myself very often. But, sometimes, I just gotta - and it always leads to renewed motivation. So there’s that, at least.
