I couldn't follow 30 mins bike ride challenge for past4-5 days.I was doing it all well until the one break in a schedule on saturday and then lazy person inside me started spoiling me. I took 4 day break in a row..I was so upset but somehow I had to come back..Today even though I didnt had complete sleep at night..I woke up early to hit the road on my mountain bike..Rided 10.40 km in 30 mins and felt really good :)
