AT LONG LONG LAST !!! GOT below that 180, I've been stuck for ever it seems, Delighted with myself !!!!, did not enter what I ate for the last few days was without internet, phone, transport, no shops, really realised how remote my rural home is. did go for long walks, and read a lot. Had house shining bright. rewarded myself with good food (kept the portions down) and moderate intake of wine) Now the challenge is to drop more !! HELP.
