I don’t have a digital scale BUT I am So Happy to see some movement 🥰🥰🥰. I LOVE this app and that I can see how much I’m eating and that I didn’t feel restricted, just mindful of all the excess stuff I eat in a day. I almost treated my boss to drinks and appetizers last night but when our plans fell through I still had enough calories to have a “fun” dinner and honestly I was satisfied…. I had small things instead of large things and I just left it at that. Im thankful to CEA because now I can look at myself and say…. That’s the addiction to over eating, those things will be there another time, Im not missing out if I don’t have the candy tonight…. So…. I pray that all the information I’ve gathered and the tools I have will keep me going for the long haul and Help me sustain a positive body weight and image 🫶🏾💪🏾
