Didn’t realize that my “treat” was as much if not more than the rest of my meals for the day. I guess I’m done with that nonsense!! Most of what I lost between yesterday and today was water weight. I’m not so bloated as I was. My legs have really been bothering me a lot lately and I’m afraid of the skin breaking down. I’ve got lymphedema as well as lipedema in both legs from the tip of my toes to my upper thighs. I’m fighting with “alligator skin” on the front of my right shin, about 6 x 9 inches and a small spot on the right shin at a previous injury site. Hopefully my feet will go down enough to wear walking shoes again soon, so I can walk some of this extra weight off.
