One week in, 8lbs down. I weigh daily, so drop today only reflects drop from yesterday. I'm chuffed to bits with this. 5 months post baby #2 and I've shifted all the baby weight plus and extra half stone. As apparently that's all the babies done now, I can really focus on getting myself in good condition to look after my young family ❤️ Happy Sunday FS
