Christmas and new year were obviously too good, but my stress levels have been overworked lately too, between packing up my whole house, to move provinces and everything being in disarray and totally disorganized and then to top it all off my Dad having a heart attack and going in for quadruple bypass open heart surgery soon. Need to get back to basics but still be kind to myself...
