after a bit off a falling off the wagon period.. I am committed to regaining that spirt I have lost... although through this past month of not on atkins .. I am alittle happy about the fact that even though I wasnt very strict I have maintained my weight and not gained everything back I feel VERY happy about that and the thoughts of my long term committment to getting healthy! go me
