Feeling really bummed lately. My health keeps going from bad to worse. It seems like every time I get close to my goal something happens. I haven’t been able to return to the gym yet, but hopefully I can sooner than later. I hope I start seeing some progress soon from my diet. I already had/have a good diet but I’ve cut back significantly since I can’t move around like I want to. I was eating 1500/kcal per day and now I’m aiming for 1200-1400, depending on my activity for the day. 1200 is a struggle for me, I really feel it at that point. Above that I can do.
