Stayed around 1100 calories, so I am still on track to get into my ballroom gowns in 3 weeks! Seems like heartbreak is my catalyst for weight loss. Not the healthiest way to go, but here I am. 3 lbs in 2 days from very low calories. Today i hope to eat lots of veggies and fruit!
