I tode in my husbands truck a lot yesterday so I think some of this is fluid. But I did fall off the wagon Friday night when our friends brought over a xxl pizza. Then I sorta had the "well I already messed up mentality" going into the weekend. I think I do better when I weigh in consistently. I can't break over the weekend! New week! 💗🙏
