35 stairs up, 35 stairs to go to work, 35 stairs to get back home. I have a nest in the sky now and it makes a whole world of difference I guess....add 10 to 15 stairs to cafeteria at work, and then 15 back TA DA weight loss. Oh that, and my appetite is finally tapering off. It doesn't feel like I'm starving to death anymore. I am taking liquid B6, B12 and a multivitamin which seems to be working for energy as well.
