I'm getting back on track and I feels good. Last week was rough due to stress and lack of motivation, but I got through it without getting out of control and I'm thankful for that. Along with my cardio I've been focusing a lot more on working out my core and arms. I forgot how bad I've neglected my arms, it doesn't take much to make them sore!
