I'm halfway thru week 6 of P90X and I feel great. My weight loss has slowed a bit, but I'm seeing tremendous muscle gain. I'm just about the weight I was when I graduated high school! I never thought I'd get back to that weight! I played football, basketball and baseball and was constantly in the weight room and working out. At 225lbs I used to run a 4.7 sec 40yd dash and could bench press almost 300lbs. I'm not sure I'm yet in that kind of shape, but I could see myself getting there again pretty quickly...
