So if you’ve been following me my weight has been so inconsistent. Reason being that my scale at home is probably one of the worst scales ever. It weighed me in at 4 kilos lighter than what I actually was. So I decided to go to the gym, and I got an accurate reading with my body fat percentage etc etc. I enjoyed working out at the gym so much, definitely considering becoming a member.
Another thing, I have a beautiful sage jacket that I bought years ago and due to my massive weight gain I wasn’t able to fit into it. I couldn’t even zip it up. This morning I decided to try it on, and it fit me perfectly. I could zip it up and even had enough room for my body to move freely. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come on my journey. I wouldn’t trade this lifestyle for the world. I truly feel like a better me
